Count Ricar (? AC - ? AC) was the ruler of the town of Malton, which he kept free from the rule of the Imperial League during the latter part of the Age of Despair. He was known to associate with pirates and criminals, and was on exceedingly good terms with the pirate lord Harlad the Gray.

Not a nobleman by birth or any other means, Ricar decided to self-style himself as a Count, when he took rule of Malton.
