Couillard is a small town based in the northwestern part of the nation of Armach. The small town is set at the fringes of the northern forests that border the realm, and is based on a minor trade road that runs to its southeastern neighbour of Obas and also runs northeast towards the town of Liepins. The town is governed by one of the sixteen leaders of the Confederation of Armach and is also under the protection of the Silvanaes Elves.
