Noblitt is a small town based in the southeastern corner of the nation of Armach. It lies at the southern end of a vast road that links it to many of the northern towns, such as Bok, Steimel and Sampica. A smaller trail leads to it's eastern neighbour of Mongin. The town is governed by one of the sixteen leaders of the Confederation of Armach and is also under the protection of the Silvanaes Elves.
