Matriarch

The Matriarch is a divine oracle for Abbuku and his Touchstone in the Courrain Ocean. She is a colossal albino whale. Her head is the size of a mountain and has giant saucer eyes that are milky white leading to the possibility that she is blind. Her body is constantly being cleaned of coral and barnacles by schools of fish and Star-orbs.

The Matriarch understands the language of the Sea Elves. She is capable of emitting a song that allows people to relive all the good memories they have ever had. Dimernesti Elves sometimes seek her council. When this happens the person enters her mouth and there the Matriarch can read the person's thoughts and mentally answer them with insight.

She lives in a cavern in the Whistler's Chain that is possible larger than the aquatic city of Istar and Takaluras combined. The path to the oracle is guarded by Pulse-blooms and star-orbs. If someone does not swim in the right path they will attack.
