The Neskijir are the Silvanaes Elves who form the noble class of Armach-nesti. They are the keepers and protectors of elven tradition and work to preserve the elven way of life. It is the Neskijir who wrote the First Edicts that govern how the Silvanaes conduct themselves. From amongst the Neskijir are the councillors, speakers, judges and rulers of the elven realm.
