Hill of Lost Voices

The Hill of Lost Voices is a large mound located near the Uigan settlement of Undermouth in the Tamire region. Around the edges of the hill, carved into the stone were seven inhuman faces with gaping mouths as if they were screaming. When the wind blows through the mouths of the carvings, a low keening wail issues forth, which the Uigan claim are the cries of spirits who were betrayed in life.

There were thirty steps from the base of the hill to the top, and it was the highest ground in the area, granting an excellent view of the surrounding lands.
