The Flying Dragon was a twice-weekly paper in Nutter's Ridge in Solamnia printed with Gnome machinery by Glubb. It is owned and operated by Arnold Dreary, but a silent partner also founded the paper with Arnold. The two of them set the paper up as a way to get secret messages out for meetings. The paper did not sell many issues, until a new writer by the name of Randall Wicket was hired in 419 AC. Randall was hired to write only for the quilting section on the front page. He instead began to make up stories such as "Cow Gives Birth to Snakes!", and this led the paper to start selling out. This ruined Arnold's way of putting messages in the paper, with people showing up who were not suppose to be at places. So, Arnold had Randall killed, and he hired someone new to put boring articles in the paper.
