Splint (? PC - 1892 PC) was a male Kagonesti Elf who was one of the slaves forced to work at Pax Tharkas in 1892 PC. He was muscular and tanned, and had a shaved head and two scalp locks that ran down his back. The elf was a member of the grunt gang, a hardened group of slaves who were used for brute labor, and was considered the toughest of the lot. When the half-elven prince Ulvian crossed Splint on his first night with the gang, Splint beat Ulvian to within a few inches of his life, before fellow elven slave Drulethen calmed him down. A short time later, Splint was working in a mine at Pax Tharkas with his comrades Brunnar and Thrit, and demanded water from the "waterboy" Ulvian. When Ulvian failed to appear, Splint and his friends went looking for the prince. Upon finding him and also an empty waterskin, Split and his friends again beat Ulvian severely, leaving him bloodied in the mine. Shortly after, Drulethen created a magical golem to engineer an escape for himself and Ulvian. However in keeping with his promise to Ulvian to get revenge on Splint, he sent the golem after Splint and the construct strangled the Kagonesti elf. References
