Xixis (? PC - ? PC) was a male half-{Kagonesti} elf who was a senator of the Thalas-Enthia of Qualinost in 1892 PC. The half-Kagonesti senator had mouse-colored hair and openly spoke of his views against slavery in the elven nation. Xixis first gained notoriety as a member of Kith-Kanan's forces during the Kinslayer War, fighting bravely alongside the future Speaker. He later joined senator Clovanos in raising concerns for the safety of Qualinost during a lightning storm, but when Clovanos was reproached about the unsafe foundations of his towers, Xixis withdrew from the court with Clovanos. When it was public knowledge that Prince Ulvian had been sentenced to work as a slave at Pax Tharkas by his father, Xixis and Clovanos, who spearheaded a new group within the Thalas-Enthia known as the Loyalists (a group of senators who clung to the old ways and elven traditions), contrived a plan to promote Lord Kemian Ambrodel as the next successor to Kith-Kanan, knowing that the Speaker of the Sun would possibly free Ulvian from Pax Tharkas as he truly wanted his own son as the heir to the throne.
