One-Tooth (? PC - ? PC) was a Hill Giant who befriended the elven prince Kith-Kanan and his brother Sithas, Speaker of the Stars, on their journey into the Khalkist Mountains in 2191 PC. The hill giant was normally garbed in heavy fur boots and wore a bearskin tunic. He had a long straggly beard and unkempt hair. He had a series of broken teeth and only one remaining tusk, which is why Sithas named the giant "One-Tooth" upon meeting him.

Elf-friend

In 2191 PC, One-Tooth and a group of his fellow hill giants came upon Sithas and Kith-Kanan in the Khalkist Mountains. The giants attacked Sithas, who in turn caused a rockslide that wiped out all the giants and knocked One-Tooth unconscious. On regaining consciousness, One-Tooth was mortified to find Sithas standing over him, however the elf stayed his hand. In gratitude, One-Tooth obeyed Sithas' commands, and carried the injured Kith-Kanan to safety. Once the elven brothers started to feed the hill giant, One-Tooth became their friend and a willing helper in their quest. The hill giant amazed the elves by how quickly he took up the Elven tongue and could even converse with them in Elven on a basic level.

When Sithas left to find the flock of griffons, One-Tooth stayed behind with Kith-Kanan to protect the injured prince. The hill giant took to calling him "Three-Legs" due to his crutch, and the pair formed a bond of friendship. One-Tooth protected Kith against a band of dire wolves shortly before Sithas arrived back with Arcuballis. One-Tooth bid a sad farewell to the elven pair, as they flew back to Silvanost on the griffon.

The Lord-Major-Chieftain Supreme of Hillrock

Years later, One-Tooth became the Lord-Major-Chieftain Supreme of the hill giant village of Hillrock. He took a number of wives and ruled the village, until in 2140 PC he felt a nagging urge to leave and strike westwards across the plains leading to Silvanesti. So with a brief farewell to his wives, One-Tooth set off alone towards the elven nation.

The hill giant reached the camp of Kith-Kanan just as the Ergothian general Giarna was attacked the elves. Seeing his friend in danger, One-Tooth lashed out and crushed Giarna's skull. Kith then invited One-Tooth to return to Sithelbec with him, to which his hill giant friend agreed.
