Pandelthain (? PC - ? PC) was a Hylar Dwarf who was the thane of the Hylar dwarves in 2140 PC. He was far less suspicious of humans than many of his predecessors, having had much more contact with them.

Kender Tales

Some records state that Pandelthain was in fact the king of Thorbardin. However this is not accurate as there was no king of the dwarven kingdom until 2068 PC.
