The Brathnoc that speaks for his people in Hygant is also called Brathnoc. He is an elder and his manta frill skin is very large. His skin is black and his legs merge together to form a tail that ends in a thorn. Brathnoc believed his people had much to attune for. Brathnoc also channels the Synod. They would hear and speak through him.
