Ulvissen (? PC - ? PC) was a male human from Ergoth who was the seneschal to Praetor Ulwen and Lady Xanille Teralind on his journey to Silvanost in 2193 PC. The Ergothian was considered tall for a human and had reddish-brown hair and a full beard. Ulvissen was described as having hard gray eyes and usually wore a golden torc around his neck.

The Ergothian was known to have sailed with the warlord Voltorno and his soldiers in 2193 PC. He was also the secret lover of Xanille in 2192 PC, and maintained an affair with her behind the back of her invalid husband Ulwen. Ulvissen's true name was actually Guldur Ul Vissen and he was the high admiral of the Ergothian fleet. Later in 2192 PC, he journeyed with his men in the woods around Silvanesti. One of his men, Dremic cut down Sithel, Speaker of the Stars with an arrow. When the elves mounted a retaliatory charge, Ulvissen and his men fled from the area.
