Otter (? PC - ? PC) was a Kagonesti Elf who travelled through the woods and stayed faithful to the old ways with his companions Sharp-Eye, Braveheart and White-Lock. He was a known friend of Mackeli and deeply respectful of Anaya, Keeper of the Forest. Otter was short and muscular, had brown skin and pale yellow eyes. He also had a rather cheerful demeanor and far quicker to make friends than his more serious companions.
