Harbis (ca. ? AC -Late Spring, 368 AC) was a Sivak draconian who in 368 AC set about searching for the dragon Bloodglitter. In Kalaman he found the first clues, when he killed a mage who the power of Divination. With his companions, Skort and Klarmun, the draconian traveled to Palanthas where he enlisted the aid of the gnome Gilbenstock to clear out the mine where the dragon was trapped.

Harbis and Skort entered the mine once it had been cleared and found Bloodglitter. The pair conversed with the dragon, although detected an intruder and Harbis left to investigate. He came upon Gilbenstock and the mercenary Zorlen and a fight ensued. Harbis was killed by Zorlen during the fight.
