Archer Billings (? AC - 429 AC) was a Dark Knight agent stationed as a member of the Westgate garrison in Palanthas. He had black hair, a swarthy complexion, tall, thin, lanky, and moved with catlike grace. He was very good with the longbow, even earning the nickname of "Hawkeye".

He met with Blayne Kerrigan when he came to him. Together they tracked down the Clandestine Circle to help in allowing the Black Army into Palanthas to overthrow Emperor Jaymes Markham. Once Lord Blayne realized that Archer Billings was working for the Dark Knights was when Billings attempted to stop Blayne from closing the city gates. A fight ensued, and Billings was killed.
