Eluarna Nihriome (? AC - ? AC) was a Silvanesti Elf that was a member of House Recorder, which she was a senior scribe of. Eluarna was appointed by Speaker of the Stars Lorac Caladon, to rule over the city of Sithelnost. When the Green Dragonarmy attacked Sithelnost in 349 AC, Eluarna had her people evacuate the town. It is unknown what became of Eluarna, but assumed she retained her position once the city was restored.
