Rainsong (409 AC - ? AC) was a Human female Qué-Nal. She had dark hair. Rainsong was the daughter of Skydancer, Chieftain of the Qué-Nal, and Seasinger. Rainsong also had at least one older brother Sunbringer. Her grandfather was the shaman Shadowwalker.

She idolized her older brother Sunbringer and wanted to follow his footsteps to attend the Citadel of Light. Her mother, a shaman, did not want two of her children studying at the Citadel, a place that she believed to be evil. Seasinger forbade Sunbringer from speaking to Rainsong while he chose to continue his studies there. Rainsong was greatly hurt by the loss of her brother.

Kidnapped

In 416 AC, Rainsong was kidnapped by Dark Knights that had allied with Shadowwalker. She and Mercidith Redic were taken to Elsher's Height. A group of adventurers rescued the two from the Dark Knights.

Kender Tales

It was once mentioned that Rainsong was eight years old in the year 416 AC, but she was seven.
