Belthanos (? AC - ? AC) was a cousin to Alhana Starbreeze as a blood relation to Lorac Caladon, and served as the Regent in exile of the Silvanesti Elves during the War of the Lance at Silvamori. He added two elves to his council which included Lord Feleran and Lord Reyl Konnal. While he was regent, he discouraged all liasons between Silvanesti and Kagonesti Elves for the fear of mixed blood. It is unknown what became of him following the war.
