Scale of Proxy

Scale of proxies are magical artifacts made from a scale from a Dragon Overlord's underbelly then enchanted with their skull totem. Someone that has a scale of proxy can create Dragonspawn without the Overlord or a skull totem being present although this is hard to do unless they are the chosen proxy. They typically weigh about a half a pound. A proxy will typically have as much control of their created spawn as the Overlord as long as they possess the scale of proxy.

There have been at least two known cases of Overlords making scale of proxies. Onysablet gave one to the Naga Nura-Bint Drax and Gellidus gave one to Glacier.
