Snow-Hunter Clan

Article written by trogers81

The Snow-Hunter Clan was a relatively small clan of Goblin folk that lived in the high mountain passes of the Vingaard Mountains. They had poor to non-existent skills in making a fire. In the years following the War of the Lance, the tribe was lead by a goblin named Sek'laar.

In the winter of 353 AC, the dwarf known as Oddvar sent his goblin companion, Drefan, to make a deal with the clan to help Oddvar across the mountains and locate the girl named Nearra and her friends. Sek'laar of the Snow-Hunter clan agreed and went after the companions. The clan hunted and took a young boy named Mudd hostage who wandered too far from his village. Mudd was soon freed by Davyn, Nearra, Catriona, and their friends from the goblin camp. The goblins engaged the party in battle but fled after losing ten of their tribe.

Sek'laar and the Snow-Hunter clan were furious at Oddvar for getting the tribe killed and threatened to kill Oddvar but instead stole Oddvar's possessions and left him in the snowbanks of the Vingaard. The goblins of the Snow-hunter clan then fled into the deep mountains.
