Shocking Spark

Shocking Spark is an Evocation spell that can be cast by Sorcerers, and Wizards. This spell creates a spark of electricity that arc from the hand of the caster to the intended target, causing electrical damage. To cast the spell the caster needs to know the appropriate words, gestures, and use an iron ring.
