Scourge

Scourge is a Necromancy spell that can be cast by Clerics. This spell causes a major disease and weakness in some individuals. The disease can only be cured through magical means. To cast the spell a cleric needs to know the appropriate words, gestures, use their holy item, and crack a black whip.
