Elemental Dart

Elemental Dart is a Conjuration spell from the Creation subschool that can be cast by Sorcerers and Wizards. This spell creates a magical dart from raw elemental matter and the caster chooses if it the dart is acid, cold, electricity, or fire. To cast the spell the caster must know the appropriate words, and gestures.
