Drown

Drown is a Conjuration spell of the Creation subschool and can be cast by druids, Sorcerers, and Wizards. This spell causes a targeted creature's breathing passages to fill up with water. To cast the spell, the caster needs to know the appropriate words, gestures, and use a seashell.
