Billim's Bifrost Bridge

Billim's Bifrost Bridge is a Conjuration spell, from the Creation subschool that can be cast by Sorcerers and Wizards. This spell will create a bridge of solid crystal to span two areas. To cast the spell the caster must know the appropriate words, gestures, and use a rectangular piece of quartz.
