Sinta are tiny flying insects. The word sinta in the Plainsfolk Language means "glitterbees." Every early spring during the sunrise a swarm of sinta fly above the water of the New Sea near the shores of Schallsea. The insects reflect the sun's rays and attract a type of fish called Waukan. The fish jump into the air to feed on the sinta. The Qué-Nal will then catch the fish as they feed to use them in their healing concoction called Waukani.
