Zhakar City

Zhakar was a Zhakar city located in the Khalkist Mountains and was the capital of Zhakar. This city was located hundreds of feet below Zhakar Keep and consisted of six great wings, which were connected by the city center. Below the city was a network of food warrens that provided the city with food. Two massive lifts connect the city to the keep above it.
