Radiant Dart

Radiant Dart is an Evocation spell that can be cast by Sorcerers and Wizards. The spell creates a missile of radiant energy that shoots out of the caster's fingertips. The missiles then travel to a creature and if they hit the creature they explode causing damage. For a wizard or sorcerer to cast the spell they need to know the appropriate words and gestures.
