Falling Feathers

Falling Feathers is a Conjuration spell, in the subschool Creation, that can be cast by Sorcerers and Wizards. The spell creates feathers to fall at a rapid rate gathering together to form a pile. For a wizard or sorcerer to cast the spell the appropriate words, gestures, and a piece of down are needed.
