R'vaghoArticle written by AmbroR'vagho was a male Gnoll. He is known to the people of the Citadel of Light as Orvago. He stood at nearly seven feet tall and had red eyes. He had greenish gray fur that is black at the muzzle. He had a white mane starting at the head and going down his neck. R'vagho could lift as much as three men and could sometimes be as clumsy as three men too. After he started working with the Citadel of Light he started to wear boots and clothing. He would prefer to wear colorful clothing combinations that often clashed. SlaveryR'vagho was captured by sea barbarian slavers. In 391 AC, he was on the ship The Hope of Kothas on its way to Goodbay. A large storm hit the ship while it was in route. R'vagho and the other slaves revolted. They managed to escape in a longboat and made their way to the island of Schallsea. Building the Citadel of LightOn Schallsea in 392 AC, R'vagho was on a boar hunt with some other gnoll survivors. During the hunt, R'vagho was fatally wounded by a boar and left to die by his fellows. Goldmoon and Gair Graymist observed the hunt. Goldmoon healed the gnoll of his wounds. She asked him his name and she misunderstood his response and started calling him Orvago. R'vagho did not reveal his ability to speak common. R'vagho later showed up at the construction site of the Citadel and expressed an interest in staying with them. The people did not want this, but Goldmoon told them that all are invited to stay. With the help of Gair, R'vagho began to wear to boots and clothing to help others be more at ease with his presence. He began to help construct the Citadel and when rebel Qué-Nal set fire to the site R'vagho rushed into the blaze and saved the Dwarves Jasper Fireforge and Drinncabir Redstone. After this he began to become more accepted into the community. Late one night he left the Citadel community to go on a hunt with a magical sword that he borrowed from Gair. During this hunt, he stumbled on his friend Gair while he was talking with his raised wraiths. Gair didn't want anyone to know that he was practicing dark Mysticism so he ordered his wraiths to kill R'vagho. R'vagho managed to escape by using the magical sword to destroy some of the wraiths. He made it back to the construction site to warn Goldmoon of Gair's activities. When he did so he revealed he could speak common. Gair Graymist allied himself with rebel Qué-Nal and attacked the Citadel's settlement. R'vagho joined with Goldmoon's followers and the Knights of Solamnia to fight the incursion. During the battle R'vagho and Goldmoon fought Gair on the Silver Stair. As Gair was being taken over by the wraith Darkhunter, R'vagho managed to strike him and Gair fell from the Silver Stair. Gair died at the base of the stair. For some time R'vagho did not go near the construction site after the attack. The magic of the Silver Stair unnerved him. He was last seen conquering his fear and climbing to the top of the stair. References
