Zacharial Windtouched (286 AC - ? AC) was a Qualinesti Elf rebel against the Dark Knight occupation of his homeland. He practiced the Qualinesti tradition of shaping their gardens of their homes to mirror the structure and control in their spirits.

War of Souls

After Beryllinthranox attacked the Citadel of Light, he decided to journey to the Citadel as a way to continue the good relationship between the Citadel and the Qualinesti elves. While there he learned of Beryl's and Qualinost's destruction. He had faith that the people of Ansalon would win back their freedom.
