Freezing Sphere

Freezing Sphere is an Evocation spell that a Mage or Sorcerer may cast to create a frigid globe of cold energy that streaks from the caster's fingertips to the location she selects. The sphere can be used to freeze water or as a touch attack. The caster must be able to say the spell correctly, complete the appropriate hand gestures, and provide the proper arcane component/focus.
