Raistlin's Wheel of Flame

Raistlin's Wheel of Flame is a Evocation spell that a Mage or Sorcerer may cast this spell in order to create a stationary circle of multihued flames that radiate outward in every direction that consume everything in their range. The caster is unaffected by this spell and may walk through the flames untouched. Raistlin's Wheel of Flame needs a fire opal set in a gold ring worth at least 250 steel, the magic user must say the spell correctly, and complete the appropriate hand gestures in order to cast the spell.

This spell is named after the great Black Robe Raistlin Majere.
