Interposing Hand

Interposing Hand is an Evocation spell that a Mage or Sorcerer may cast to create a large magic hand between herself and an opponent. This floating, disembodied hand then moves to remain between the two, no matter where the caster moves or how the opponent tries to get around it. The caster must be able to say the spell correctly, complete the appropriate hand gestures, and provide the proper arcane component/focus.
