Logan Willowine (? – ? AC) is a true Kender Mystic of the Citadel of Light. He has displayed focus that is unusual for his race.

Early Life

Logan lived in Hylo and was greatly saddened by the blight of his afflicted kin that escaped Malys in Kendermore. He was extremely disappointed that he could not cheer up the refugees. When he heard of the Citadel of Light, he left for the Citadel in hopes that he could learn a way to help the afflicted kender.

Citadel of Light

At the Citadel, Logan learned Healing, mentalism, and sensitivity and obtained the rank of Citadel Master. He functions as a mentor for those at the Citadel wishing to learn mentalism.

He believes that he has managed to devise a spell to "cure" his afflicted kin. Once he manages to wield more mystic energy he is going to leave the Citadel and return to Hylo to help the afflicted kender and teach Mysticism there.
