Curse the Magi

Curse the Magi is a Necromancy spell that a Mage or Sorcerer may cast upon another magic user in order to stop that magic user from casting spells. The affected magic user may remove this spell with a remove curse cast by a magic user of high strength. Otherwise, casting limited wish, miracle, or a wish spell will clear the affected magic user of this curse. Clerics are not affected by this spell, but in some instances it does affect bards. Curse the Magi requires the use of an iron mask with a closed mouth, must say the spell correctly, and complete the appropriate hand gestures.
