IllusionArticle written by Uziel & Joe MashugaThe school of illusion focuses on spells that allow one to create a false reality. The illusion school has a number of subschools: Figment, Glamer, Pattern, Phantasm, and the Shadow subschool. In earlier editions of the Dragonlance game, illusion was known as illusion/phantasm and was unavailable to White Robes. In the current edition of the game, Red Robes make the best illusionists, but illusion magic is available to all three orders of wizards (and other spell casters, of course). In the SAGA edition of the game, the school of spectramancy was used to control light and craft physical illusions. Spectramancy spells duplicated illusions that relied on sight, but were unable to duplicate other effects from the illusion school. References
