Noble Quarter (Relgoth)

In the city of Relgoth, no area is older than the Noble Quarter. The original district of the city, it was once home to only the nobles, wealthy merchants and privileged of Relgoth. However following the takeover of Relgoth by the Knights of Takhisis in the Age of Mortals, the Noble Quarter now houses all able-bodied folk who still remain within the city walls.
