New City (Relgoth)

Following the War of the Lance, construction was underway to build the New City District in Relgoth, after a population boom due to the discovery of minerals. Building continued until the Summer of Chaos, when shadow wights attacked the city. The New City District was left deserted, and even when the Knights of Takhisis took over control of the city; they left this district to the orphans, elderly and infirm residents of Relgoth.
