The Hope of Kothas

Article written by Ambro

The Hope of Kothas was a cog that was ran by sea-barbarians. The Ship was used in the trafficking of slaves and relics from the Blood Sea. It was known to have two longboats and a hold large enough to hold a hundred and fifty slaves. A youthful looking human that tended to keep his face hidden in a hood captained the ship. The first mate was a Human named Gristen. The crew also included a shaved headed sorcerer whose lips were the color of cinders.

In 391 AC, the cog made its final voyage to Goodbay in Abanasinia. During this journey the ship's name was changed twice (lastly to The Hope of Kothas) and the flag it flew a dozen times. When a large storm hit, coupled by a slave revolt, the ship sank and likely killed all the crew. Some of the slaves were able to survive and make it to Schallsea Island. This group included the gnoll named R'vagho.
