2140 PC stands for the two thousandth, one hundredth, and fortieth year before the Cataclysm, during the Time of Light in the Age of Dreams. This date is also called 860 KToL Kender Time of Light by Kender scholars and 461 EC by the Ergothian Calendar.

The Kinslayer War comes to a conclusion with Silvanesti and the dwarves defeating the Empire of Ergoth.
Tamanier Ambrodel and a dwarven ambassador negotiate a permanent truce with the Emperor of Ergoth between Ergoth, Thorbardin and Silvanesti.
