Lair of the Wichtlin

In the southeast corner of the Kayolin region, just south of the Dragonheights is a mist-covered fen that is surrounded by a forested gully on the border of Lemish. The fen is fed by a minor tributary from Lemish and is little more than a morass of mud and rotting plant life. Both during day and night, the fen is covered in mist and the sun cannot seem to penetrate the area. The fen has long been inhabited by a fearsome Wichtlin and it's companion, a wichtlin stag.
