Woods of Lahue

Residing under the shadow of the Astivar Mountains are the Woods of Lahue. Located in the Qwalmish region, the Woods of Lahue is a dense forested area that is covered with a large variety of plants, trees and vegetation. The forest floor is blanketed with shrubs and ferns, whilst massive trees stretch to over two hundred feet in height and their canopies create a shadowy realm where sunlight often never reaches. A cannibal tribe known as the Lahutians inhabits the expansive forest and the master of the entire realm is the dragon Lorrinar, after he arrived in the early part of the Age of Mortals.

Wild animals were once prevalent within the woods, however Lorrinar has long since hunted down the largest of the beasts in the woods. Most of the other wild creatures are controlled or cowed by the Lahutians.
