Halivar Wavedancer (? - ? AC) was a Human fighter and rogue, who was the ruler of the port town of Arl's Watch during the War of the Lance. Halivar governed the town even whilst occupied by the Dragonarmies, and had a loyal garrison of city guards who were stationed with him in Arl's Keep, in the southern end of the town.
