Slave Quarter

The southeast section of the ogre city of Blöten is known as the Slave Quarter . The area is filled with dilapidated buildings, rundown homes and shacks, in which the slaves of the city are housed. All non-ogre residents of the city maintain homes in this part of Blöten, which is loosely known as the slums. A small number of shops and businesses run in this quarter, but are heavily taxed by the Ogres, meaning that few of them stay open for long. The only business of any notoriety in this quarter is the Hairy Hound.
