HatlArticle written by UzielSituated at the end of the Silverstone River in the southeast of Blöde, the city of Hatl was once a jewel of the ancient High Ogre Empire. The city was dedicated to the arts and housed some of the greatest ogre sculptors and painters, who worked alongside ogre magic-users to craft works of art. Hatl relied primarily on slave trade, as it did not trade any goods nor offer any services to generate income for its coffers. When the slaves revolted in the Age of Dreams, Hatl was one of the first settlements they destroyed. The town was rebuilt over the ruins of the former city and was settled by Ogres, Goblins, and Draconians. In the Age of Mortals, the arrival of titans and more ogres served to drive off the draconians and goblins, and settle Hatl once more. The town had more work done to clean it up, however little remained of the once-glorious city. Hatl is now constructed as a military camp, where the titans train their ogre armies and prepare them for war against the enemies of Blöde. References
