Flight Marshal Kotsam (? - ? AC) was a Baaz Draconian leader of the 5th Blue Flight of the Blue Dragonarmy. More information is unknown about him at this time, but it was known that he fought at the Battle of the High Clerist's Tower. During that battle, he led his troops in retreat before Derek Crownguard's forces to appear as if they were retreating. Once the trap was set, his troops then turned and attacked the Knights of Solamnia.
