Glasses of Arcanist

Glasses of Arcanist are clear crystal magical glasses, set into platinum frames and sized to fit slender faces. The glasses are thought to have been crafted by the half-elf sage Arcanist in the years before the Edict of Thought Control. When worn the glasses enable the wearer to read any written word and to perfectly translate the language into an understandable format.
