Bahal Villem (? AC - ? AC) was the admiral of the Palanthian Navy. He was promoted to Admiral shortly after the Chaos War. Bahal Villem's primary concern was the defense of Palanthas and he did not really care who were in charge as long as the city and her citizens were safe.
